Participants are highly encouraged to schedule an in-body scan or initial weigh-in at the beginning of the program. In April, come back for another body scan or weigh-in and see what progress you have achieved.

Earn points along they way by attending the above classes, participating in 5Ks, or filling out your punch card during group fitness classes.
